Process from Start to Finish was Excellent

The process from start to finish with JSM was excellent. I had recently acquired a used vehicle which had numerous stone chips on the bonnet, bumper and wings from motorway miles. After deciding to get the vehicle refreshed and doing research of bodyshops in the area, I contacted JSM after hearing the excellent reputation of Stuart McDonald. At every stage it was efficient yet informative with explanation given when appropriate. Chris estimated the work and was honest and upfront. Showing good knowledge of what they could offer, a rough quote and lead time, and optional services which would further enhance and protect the car. In this regard it was a multi stage polish of the entire car and a ceramic coating. Showing examples of previous work. On bringing the car in for the work Stuart went through the job to make sure everything was understood, and explained the stages of the work and the equipment that they utilise to give the best results. Chris had already explained that they have an oven to bake the paint which ensures a good cure for durability. The team clearly know what they are doing and have the experience to back it up. I was also provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the work which was extremely helpful. The main thing is obviously that the end result is as hoped and on that front it far exceeded my expectation. The car looks amazing and back to it's former glory. The work was done to the time estimated during a busy period. What I liked about the business is it had a small family feel, all staff members I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful, delivering results that would challenge any bodyshop in the region.
